Khoai mì đông lạnh hay khoai mì tươi (Kinh nghiệm ở Canada mua khoai mì đông lạnh ngon hơn, sạch sẽ, hấp bở ngon lành (có khoai mì đông lạnh của Costa Rica, của Philippine…., rẻ lắm $0.99/bao)Dừa bào đông lạnh hoặc khô (loại khô thì có đường sẵn)Dừa khô trái để bào sợi rắc ở trên cho….đẹpChút đậu phọng mèChút muối chút đường

Cách làm:

– Hấp Khoai mì:– Dừa khô nạo sợi, dừa bào đông lạnh để tan đá-Khoai mì hấp xong lúc còn nóng tán nhỏ ra để trôn dừa cho đều-Trộn chút đường chút muối cho vừa ăn. Rắc dừa bào sợi lên mặt, rắc đậu phọng mè lên cho thơm.
